Terms and Conditions
Important Notices:
Minimum stay during festive season: 10 nights (15/12 to 10/1)
Check-in:
Between 14:00 and 18:00 (late check-ins must be arranged beforehand)
A fee of R300 will be charged for check-ins after 18:00
Check-out:
10:00 am
Maximum of 2 persons per room
Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited in indoor areas
Regrettably, pets are not allowed
Strictly no noise after 9 pm
No parties and events
Cancellations / Early Departures:
– All cancellations or adjustments must be done in writing.
– Cancellations made 30 days of arrival date: 50% of total booking amount will be forfeited.
– Cancellations made 29 to 15 days of arrival date: 75% of total booking amount will be forfeited.
– Cancellations made 14 to 0 days of arrival date: 100% of total booking amount will be forfeited.
– Early departures or NO show: 100% of total booking amount will be forfeited/payable.
We reserve the right to amend cancellation terms for large group bookings.
Payments:
Direct bookings:
A 50% deposit of the total booking amount is required for confirmation
Direct bookings:
Balance is to be settled 30 days prior to arrival
We reserve the right to amend prepayment terms for large group bookings
Reservations:
Only on receipt of the 50% deposit, will reservations be confirmed or as otherwise agreed upon.
Provisional bookings not confirmed within 7 days, will be cancelled without further notification.
Provisional bookings for the Festive Season and Knysna Oyster Festival need to be confirmed within 48 hours.
Booking confirmations indicate acceptance of the above conditions.
Important Notice:
In terms of the Tobacco Products Control Act 83 of 1993, NO SMOKING is permitted anywhere inside the buildings, balconies, patio’s.
A fine of up to R50 000 could be levied in the case of this law not being adhered to.
Designated smoking areas are available in the garden.
ONLY these areas are allowed for smoking.
